Be sure to stroll, idle on the swing, enjoy a bottle of wine on the deck and relax in the fabulous gardens at The Yelton Manor Bed and Breakfast and The Manor Guest House!!The Manors are surrounded by an 8' x 150' border of mature trees and blooming extravagance. The lush, lavish abundance creates a fanciful, aromatic, textural wall between you and the real world.
Like the beach just beyond, a sumptuous, ethereal escape zone.
Every season has a great show.
The varied succession of bloom, the profusion of color, the waves of texture, the wash of fragrance.
Oh my!
Never mind our broken fingernails,
our sore muscles,
our sunburned noses.
For us, this is living large.

Elaine is always happy to give tours through the gardens to guests, just ask her and, given a free moment, out she'll go. Remind her to put some gloves on, because she can't resist pulling a weed or two.If you want to enjoy the gardens at their ultimate prime moment, visit between June 15th and July 15th.
Early season, so quiet, with spring bulbs and the architecture of the garden in full view, nice too.
Late season and it's all so abundant, exuberant and falling all over the place...what's not to like?
